Clarisse Olivier is the Supervisor of Client Service at Essential Med after the company deducted money without my authorisation or permission on the 15th of November 2013 whereby premium my debit order for the medical aid did not go through but Clarisse calmed me down with the assurance that it was a technical error plus that it would not happen again and today I received an sms stating that my welcome pack it's been posted and will be delivered to me within 2weeks.
