DEBIT ORDER DATE CHANGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I had 3 contracts with Cell C. Two of them went off on the last day of the month and one went off on the 15th of every month. In November last year some, and I say because they have caused me so much problems, changed my debit order date WITHOUT my permission. This person combined all 3 acccounts to go off on the 15th of every month. I specifically chose the 30th for a reason as there is hardly money in my account on the 15th. Because of this the debit orders has been returning because of insufficient funds. I have been calling fro November 2013 to change my debit order date and still in January I was debited on the 15th!! I have records of dates and named of consultants i spoke to as well as case numbers. I have called over 50 times and still not resolved!! a simple thing, change my debit order date back to what it was!!! One of my cases were closed cause apparently I did not answer my phone, so pathetic!! I am sick and tired of talking to people who clearly dont know what they are doing. I have incurred R345 worth of bn=ank charges because of wrong debit order dates! I am so off and uspet I dont know what to do anymore!!!
