Our experience with Essential Med has been abysmal from day 1. They clearly do NOT feel that their clients are an essential part of their business. In a nutshell:
Inception date one month out
Debit order goes off on the wrong date
Shocking communication
No feedback
Telephone numbers do not work
and the latest, 2 doctors bills have been declined as we apparently resigned from the medical aid?? After numerous phone calls and e mails over the last 2 weeks, still no response. Needless to say we will most definitely be shopping around for a more reliable supplier - would rather pay double than deal with this!
