Over a month into e-med and still not covered

So i decided to join essential med as of the 1st October. Starting to look like the worst decision i could have made.
I applied online and was contacted immediately to do the introduction and was told my first direct debit would come out on the 1st of october and i would have to wait a month before i could use the medical. Fair enough.
But now its already the 3rd of november and they still have not taken my november payment out of my account as agreed for the 1st of every month and as a result i can not use the medical aid yet but they are obviously more than happy to take my money.
Further more the website to register your prefered doctor and dentist is not user friendly to say the least and therefore i requested a call back on the essential med website on Wednesday the 30th October so that i can register my prefered doctor and dentist over the phone and as previously mentioned today is the 3rd of november already and i am still waiting on a callback, pathetic customer service!!
Should essential med wish to resolve this matter and keep me as a customer call me before 11:00am Monday morning the 4th november 2013
