Once again Essential Med proves just how incompetent they are. On the 8th of November 2013 my account was debited with my monthly premium which came as a surprise because my debit order date is the 15th so I called Essential Med and was informed by Clarisse that this was a technical error. So I asked what was going to happen on the 15th being thr correct debit order date, she assured me that it wont go off and they were reconciling all the orders that went off incorrectly. Guess what, the debit order went off again on the 15th. No surprise there!

I am not interested in any system generated apology from the CEO or any means to remedy the situation by Nicolene. All I want is someone to contact me with cancellation details, I am of the constant bad service I receive from Essential Med, its a joke, truly and honestly. I also what to know what is going to happen to any of my outstanding claims with Essential 1 doctors if there are any. No remedies just cancellation please. I cannot be paying my hard earned money for peanuts.
