Wrong Debit Order date

I bought a car on the 15th of November and the contract state that the 1st debit order will be on the 25th December 2013 but the Wesbank debited my account on the 30th November 2013.

When I called wesbank they are referring me back to the dealership instead of just changing my debit order date.
