I am a new essential med customer, only joined them now.my benefits starts 1 November 2013, I have not even enjoyed my benefits, yet they have given me problems!! I received my welcome pack, only to notice that my daughter's name was spelt incorrectly, even though I gave them the correct spelling!! so now I have to wait for my new card!! second thing, my debit order date is for the 25th of each month. the first debit order did go off on the 25th, the one for this month went off on the 24th!! since my salary was not in yet, my account went in a minus!! which means it will affect my good credit record which is have with the bank!! the amount also differed, which was less than it is suppose to be!
tried making contact, keeps giving me a circuit/channel error!!
since I've already had problems now, I know I will be having problems with the benefits also. I feel like cancelling the policy even before I have received the benefits!! I can't keep on contacting them regarding errors!! poor service!!
