On the 28/10/2013 I lodged a complaint regarding Funeral Policy for my late grandmother. I receive no joy at all the reason maybe is because I am black and I am treated with no respect or taken for granted. I am sick and tired with the poor service it to be honest. It is easy for you to recruit clients and debit the amount every month but it is not easy to fullfill your promise. What happened to that you can claim and withing 24 hrs the money will reflect on clients acc..To be honest you don't treat your clients with respect and dignity. You just makes us your fools. As for me I leaned my lesson. I will not advise any to take policy with you guys. I want my claim to be considered and I don't want you to taken to pillar to post. I need an answer as pronto.
