ABSA could not provide advise to pay account

I officially requested advise from ABSA (Hannalie van der Nest - 013 655 5437) on 15 January 2013 after moving out of debt couselling, for the payments on the account of my vehicle.

On 04 March 2013, I sent another mail to Hannalie as she was not responding to my calls.

On 13 June 2013, I received a call from ABSA vehicle finance, informing me that, my car is going to be repossesed.

My car eventually repossesed on 06 August 2013. Is this fair?

Hello Peter, may you please assist. I was all the time prepared to pay. I have evidence of all the correspondences.

Today, 19 November 2013, I received another call from ABSA to settle R 204 000, 00.

I dont have the money requested.
Why am I now in trouble, if I was officially prepared to honour my payments.
