I signed up for a smart cheque account. I had sent an e-mail asking if my debit orders and salary have been switched, but i did not get a response as i want to close my current bank account if it has been switched over.
If this hasn't, please let me know, as i will then have to cancel this cheque account with fnb, since the point of switching over is to save on bank charges and it isn't feasible to pay my monthly management fee at my current bank and the fnb one as well.
