She did not listen well to what I had to say and threatened me. I find this kind of behavior very bad, as I am the client I should be treated with respect and not attack me, She treated me like a CIMINAL!!!
Her behavior is very bad and has a direct impact on FNB.
I work with clients and even if the person might be rude to me I will stay calm hand handle that person with respect. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS LADY IS EMPLOYED BY FNB. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!!! I NEED HER TO LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!!! - other employees treats all clients with smiles and respect!!!
