I was admitted into hospital on two seperate ocassions in February and March of this year, and UNFORTUNATELY, I have got a Hospital Plan through Prime Meridian Direct. Upon making the claim, it was made clear to me, that it would take a MAXIMUM of four weeks to settled the claim. SIX WEEKS later, and I am nowhere near to having my claim settled. Amanda Chaka, who is dealing with my claim, is the most incompetent person I have ever come across! She never returns your calls, and you can e-mail her until you are blue in the face, but she never responds!! When you EVENTUALLY manage to get hold of her, she makes one excuse after another as to why the claim cannot be settled. They are very quick to take your premiums, but when it comes to paying out, it is one excuse after another!!! Prime Meridians TV Adverts... Don't believe a word! I run a restaurant, and if I had to treat my guests the way I have been treated by Amanda Chaka, I would have been bankrupt a long time ago!!! Shocking!!!
