Hi!
Kindly be advise that your service is from out of frying pan into fire. It is not good all all, you rather forget about looking for clients because you don't deliver but make money. Firstly my claim is been delayed and my refund of R129 which was debited on my account on the 20/11/13 still not refunded back. I was promised that I will get my refund within 48hrs. Till today nothing is been done. Instead of receiving a call about my claim and refund. I received a call from your call centre offering me car Insurance. To with you. Pls sort out my claim and my refund. I don't want the run around. I am sick and tired with your bad service. If I knew from the start what I'm getting myself into, I shouldn't have not even bother to be one of your clients. Your service is pathetic. Sort this matter and come back with good results. I don't want to hear the same song.
