My Name is Rudy Adams, was committed with my card and after investigation i was informed that i was not liable for the and that i must collect my new card at any branch that issue a RCS Card. The lady from the call centre advised me to go to Wynberg call because it was close to my work place. As instructed i went to a clothing branch with the trade name JOE CLOTHING.The manager phone the call centre and fax my ID Book to the call centre as instructed. After 10 min when we phone back the lady could not help us because the system is off. I was advise the try again the folllownig day. The next day we followed the same procedure and was transfered from one department to another without any success. The week thereafter i tried again at the same branch and a lady with the name Matilda assited me. Again we received the same instruction and fax a copy of my ID book and this time they could not find it when we returned the call. I went back the following day and the manager try to intervene but without any success due to systems that were down. I waited for a copy of my account and paid on that piece of paper. My name is at the credit bureau for bad payment due there negligence..
