I have reported my card in May 2013, my account was in advance at that time. I got a call from the call centre to advise that my account is in arrears upon going to the store to make the payment I find that I first need to get a new card as the account has a block on it. I went to Mr Price Belville whereby I advised the lady that I want to replace the card as wekll as pay the account, 1st she informs me there is only one phone meaing i have to wait... eventually the phone is free she calls the credit department whereby the gys asked for the new card number, she then realises that she didnt have a new card after running around for 10 min her colleague tells her to tell the credit officer that she will call back once she found a card, PATHETIC I HAVE WAISTED MY ENTIRE LUNCH ONLY TO WALK OUT WITHOUT A CARD AND NOT MAKING THE PAYMENT... WAITING FOR THE CALL FROM COLLECTIONS... DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
