I'm really disappointed in the service received

I went to cancel my policy at the Pretoriam CBD Old Mutual and some guy U think surbame Chauuke (venda/Shangaan) gave me such a bad attitide baltantly refusign to assist me and giving me the clalcentre number so that I can call and all because he wouldn't accepts the residential address on my statement despite the fact that I applied using the same residential adress. Eventually he assisted me when I told him I'm not leaving the office to come back again. Now on the 25th you debited my account even though I have canceleld my policies due to resigning from work I went to hte same branc again and a lady in the reception just told me I sjould expext it to happen for three months, I will get my money back but she doesn't know when but all she knows is that it will keep hapeening to full 3months pathetic!!! 1
