My mother received a phone call from the call centre in October 2012 stating that they want to send her a gift card to the value of R3000. She said to the call centre that she is not interested as she has cancer and her hospital bills is high and also cannot afford it. She thought that was that but then a parcel arrived from Homechoice and they put through R3000 on her credit card. I have tried to resolve this issue for the last 6 months with no success. I went to the homechoice shop in Clearwater Roodepoort and complained to the manager and he said he will sort it out for us, i even wrote in his complaint book, nothing happened. I went back and again wrote in the book at the same place as previously, nothing happened. I phoned the call centre about 10 times left messages for the manager to call and guess nothing. I send a mail to homechoice to [Email Removed] as she said she will make sure her manager gets it, nothing. No call backs nothing. I went on the website lodge a complaint and within 24 hours received a call from them, i said to them that i do not have the credit card details with me but please phone me back the following day, it has been now 3 weeks nothing.
