I went into the branch to get a settlement on my loan and credit card, after i paid both i went back into the branch to ask them to cancel my credit card. The lady in the branch put me into contact with a lady at the contact centre and she informed me that the card will be cancelled. About a month after the card was closed i received a sms to inform me to pay my card . i phoned the call centre and the lady informed me that there was a mistake made and will be sent to the correct dept to be fixed, since then after a lot of calls and a lot of fighting nothing has been done.
