Bad service

On the 16th November I went into African bank branch to assist me with a credit card. The lady was very kind and assisted me very quickly. Once all applications and finger prints done and card activated she then advised me that by the 18th the card would be ready to use.like a Igo to the bank to draw money and the card is still not activated! I then called florida branch to advise my situation as I am in need of this service immediately! called at about 13:00 and was assisted by a lady named Martha who advised me she will see what's wrong and I should call back in a hour.i called back at 2pm and she then advised me the manager is looking in to my query and she will call me back in a few min.4pm still no call!! I call AGAIN and
Martha advised that there's something wrong with the system can I call back in a few min!!! (I
must call back AGAIN!! AT 4:45 she then calls me to say I need to come back into the branch
and re-do finger prints!! And they close at 5pm!!! Firstly if I was assisted properly NONE of this would have happened! if this card is not activated TOMORROW I will be forced to find a better service elsewhere.i am very disappointed
