On the 19th of December 2012 I walked into the FNB branch at the Centurion lifestyle centre to open up a new FNB account. I was granted a Gold cheque account and also qualified for a Credit card and got ebucks etc. I did sign paper work for both my Cheque an Credit card and left there as a happy new FNB client. A couple of weeks pass I receive a text saying my Cards are ready for collection so I go to the branch and receive my new cheque card when I'm informed my Credit card is not ready after waiting a while it was finally figured out my application was never processed. I was told that it will be a while before everything is sorted out patiently I waited. In January 2013 I got a call saying they never received my paperwork if I could please send them a copy of the same payslip and ID and that's what I did. After numerous calls between my branch the head office emails to the Branch manager they finally solved the problem and I was told by Mr Danny Smith that my application is in progress. Today is the 6th of February 2013 almost 3 months to my application I get a call from the credit card division that I was declined due to an outdated payslip. BAD service and NO Credit account/card yet!!
