POOR ATTITUDE

ON THE 10TH OCTOBER I CALLEDIN O ENQUIRE ABOUT EBUCKS
THE CONSULTANT KHOMOTSO REF 1-56102066 WOULD NOT LISTEN TO MY ENQUIRY AND WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT PRODUCTS I WAS COMPLETELY STEAM ROLLED AND SPOKEN OVER WITH OUT AN OPPERTUNITY AND WHEN I RASIED MY VOICE AND USED FOUL LANGUAGE I FINALY GOT HER ATTENTION BUT STILL WAS COMPLETELY STEAM ROLLED
I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR "KHUNGEKA" WHICH WAS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST CONSULTANT
THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTNG AS FNB PRIDES THEIR SELVES ON GOOD SERVICE AS FAR ASTHIS GOES ITS POOR PATHETIC
AS A FNB CLIENT THAT HAS HIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT WHICH HAS LARGE AMOUNTS OF ONEY IN AND OUT THE ACCOUNT WEEKLY PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND WIFES ACCOUNT I FEEL THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
