Shocking service by Dartingo finacial services

I applied for a pension powered loan from ABSA via Dartingo financial services. I sent the application with ALL the required documents to Dartingo financial services on 31/10, they replied 1/11 to ask for one page of the application form that was unclear, everything was further in order according to them. They said the whole process will take 2 weeks. 12/11 they ask a outstanding document which was clearly attached to the application on 31/10. I sent it again. After I phoned numerous times to get feedback, they just tell me to phone back in 5 days. I phoned again on 15/11, they said it will take another week (this after they said the process will take 2 weeks). I phoned ABSA myself on 18/11 to find out whats going on. The lady at ABSA told me that the application was declined the previous week already. I phoned Dartingo FS again to ask whats going on and they could not give me any answers and transferred from the one person to the other. I ask them to motivate my application for good reason and they refused and said they don't know how to do it. This was the most shocking service I received in my entire life!!!
