CANCELLING CARD FOR 3 TIMES WITHOUT DELIVERY

I'VE BEEN INFORMED IN OCT 2013 THAT MY FNB CARD IS AT KLERKSDORP BRANCH FOR COLLECTION. I AM NOT RESIDING IN KLERKSDORP FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS BUT IN PRETORIA. I WENT INTO FNB IRENE ON 2 NOV 2013 AND ASKED THAT THE CARD BE COLLECTED FROM FNB KLERKSDORP AND DELIVERED TO FNB IRENE. IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG ACCORDING TO THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME, SO HE WILL JUST ORDER A NEW ONE FOR ME AND LET IT BE DELIVERED AT FNB IRENE!!! BUT INSTEAD IT IS SEND TO CCD COURIERS FOR DELIVERY, WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. COMPLETED FORMS AND SIGNATURES FOR THE CARD WITH THE EMPLOYER OF FNB, HAD TO BE THERE FOR A WHOLE HOUR JUST TO GO IN AGAIN ON 18 NOV 2013 TO DO ALL THE PAPERWORK AND ORDERING OF CARD AGAIN. WONDERED WHAT HAPPEN TO THE PAPERWORK AND WHY I HAD TO SPEND MY SATURDAY TO DO THIS IF I HAD TO GO IN AGAIN.

MY CARD WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO FNB IRENE AS PROMISED AND NEVER DELIVERED BY CCD COURIERS AS INDICATED IN SMS I'VE RECEIVED. MY CARD WAS EVENTUALLY FOR THE 3 RD TIME ORDERED AND HOPEFULLY DELIVERED TO FNB IRENE FOR ME TO COLLECT AFTER ALMOST A MONTH OF RUNNING AROUND.

MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION DEFINITELY GETTING ANOTHER BANK FOR MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT AS WELL AS MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
