Student Loan Application

When I first applied for my student loan, I was told that this process normally takes up to 3 days. It is now almost 3 WEEKS later and I have not received any feedback other than Automated responses - saying my Student loan has been approved (Provisionally). I am disgusted with the service, as each time I phone Absa to follow up on the progress I get told something else. This person then assures me that Victoria will contact me with Feedback before close of business that day... which obviously doesn't happen.
This morning when I phoned again, I was told that my application has been cancelled because the course is not SAQA approved... I have sent the course information through to Absa along with all my other documentation. The course info also included the SAQA ID as this is most definitely a registered and accredited SAQA course. Once again if SOMEBODY just phoned me to tell me this, the problem would have been solved. I haven't heard a single word from Victoria and she is apparently the person dealing with my application well so I've been told by ALL the other people I spoke to. This is unacceptable.
