Im so disappointed on FNB, more especially that i dragged my sister into FNB.On Friday, the 1st of November my sister travelled from Pretoria to Katlehong, she started her journey in Denneboom where she withdrew R200 from FNB ATM then cought a train to Pretoria when she was in the train she received another sms that R2000 has been withdrawn from the same ATM she ignored it thinking that it's a mistype of R200 but after a while it bothered her that she received two sms from FNB about the "same" transaction, then she checked the balance on the first sms and then the balance on the second sms, she still thought its a mistake on FNB side, upon arriving at Katlehong she talked about the sms to her boyfriend who advised that they go to bank on Saturday to be make sure, when the teller told her that the money was withdrawn she was broken, she became frustrated when she was told its her loss and the bank will do nothing about that. What disappoints me the most is that FNB is not even willing to investigate the matter -although we all know FNB always say they will investigate and NEVER do- all the teller did was accuse my sister of her own money that she saved so hard she doesn't even work
