Very disappointed

I applied for a pension powered home loan from Absa on Monday the 12th of August. On Tuesday I was requested to send more documents, which I sent on Wednesday morning. I followed up with emails on Wednesday and Thursday, no replies to emails. I eventually got hold of the consultant on the phone on Thursday afternoon. He told me that its a process and it takes time, but that he sent off my application. I followed up again on Friday, no reply. Today I phoned the national call centre. They told me that I had to resubmit my payslips which was illegible. This is one week after I sent the original payslips. I sent the payslips and receipt was acknowledged. I followed up with an email in the afternoon, no response. I then phoned the escalations contact person, who was not available. Phoned the call centre again who told me that my application was submitted for processing today. I then phoned Absa's action line who logged my complaint and told me that they will contact me in about 3 days. I need the home loan for a deposit on a property that must be paid by Saturday. Really not impressed with Absa.
