LEAVING ABSA!!!

Walked in Monday morning at Kia Motors Constantia. Got a call at 11:30 stating Nedbank MFC and Standard Bank both gave me finance for a new vehicle. Phoned Absa as this is the bank I bank with! I spoke to a lady and did an application. She said she can't find their dealer code she will phone me back. Never happened!!! Phoned Tuesday at 11:00 did an application with a lady named Carabo AGAIN! She stated it should take 3 hours for me to receive feedback. No one got back to me. Phoned them at 16:00 spoke to a guy that said there's no application on my ID. Used about R150.00 airtime just to get cut off. Phoned customer complaints. They said they will phone me back before 11:00 its 12:00. So I phoned absa again and guess what I'M DECLINED!!! WHAT??? I BANK WITH ABSA!!! BUT NEDBANK AND STANDARD BANK ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME FINANCE. MOVING BANKS THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BAD SERVICE.
