I lodged a complaint earlier regarding an application for a pension powered loan and Dartingo financial services handled the case and messed up badly, I have received shocking service from them BUT Tracey Engelbrecht, which is one of the managers with ABSA, phoned me regarding the complaint and assisted me with the application within 2 days (normally it takes about 2 weeks) This was amazing service and changed my perceptions of ABSA. Great to see that there are people that have passion for their jobs and want to assist their clients!!! Well done Tracey and thank you!!!
