I had a recent claim at Essential Med and thought I was going to be short done by. Clarisse was a star, she kept me informed as to what was happening and was always professional in the way she dealt with me. Its times when you ill that you need the empathy from the insurers you deal with. I believe Clarisse did that and ensured my claim was fully settled as per the policy I took out. Well done Clarisse and thank you. I will continue using Essential Med as I believe they are true to their word and have the right people dealing with their customers.
