Service again and again and again

I am literately Fed up with essential Med. Our baby was born on the 11th, and sent the amendment form through within 48hr as essential med stated otherwise the baby would have a waiting period. Even phoned to Clearly state that my wife, myself and our baby should be covered, then they said the baby would only be covered after the 1st debit order? which one is it now? after looking at the debit order amount today, it looks that only my wife and i are covered. Can you kindly explain to me if the employees at essential Med know what they do as I clearly stated on the amendment that my wife, Myself and the Baby Thalia should be covered. I Mean, how difficult can it be to see on a piece of paper that there is an extra person that should be covered. Atleast they got the change of bank correct so they can get the money.
Every time I liaise with essential Med, there is always a problem where its handed over to the "relevant department" and always in one of those department someone would (excuse my language) it up.
Are the staff trained at all??? I always have to phone and fix the problems your employees make. I should actually be on essential Med's payroll.
