I have been contacting the responsible persons for the past couple of month since my exam very early in this year for my certificate that would have been issued from INSETA is September already. The feedback stays the same, they will enquire about this.
Today when I sent in a complaint again, I was just forwarded an email to show that the responsible person is out of office and I just need to wait. After a further complaint I get the following response:
"Johan, I am not going to respond any further as I am waiting on INSETA to responds.

Now, this is the kind of service that Sanlam, a Financial Institution that prides themselves in service excellence to paying clients for regulatory exams.
I would like to have my certificate for RFP 3 that I have paid for to be sent to me. Is this so difficult to ask?
