Over 5 months ago in January i went to Unisa to ask for my HIV aids certificate that i was suppose to recieve last year, they said they can not print it for me because i have not paid my outstanding balance, fine i then paid a week later because i am studying and working so i am unable to pay everything at once. Even though this upset me i kept quiet because this certificate was suppose to be posted in Sept 2012. After paying for my outstanding amount and registering i went to ask for my certificate again and they told me the systems were offline, now i dont have time to run after unisa as if i am not paying to study there. I then decided to send an email online and ask to be assisted that was in March already, the guys never responded to me email and now i got another email last month saying my query has been logged yet it has been over months and i still dont have my certificate nor do i get feedback! im so fed up with unisa now they are useless and always have excuses! this absolute rubbish! now im sure they will have another excuse.. will i ever get my certificate or not?
