Intec College
STILL NO CERTIFICATE AND NO RESPONSE

I completed a course with Intec and submitted my last assignment towards the end of August.
I received my results sheet, but have still not recevied my certificate.
I sent them an email mid October and was told that it has been forwarded to the certificate dept, and that i would receive my certificate within 6-8 weeks.
its now mid December, i still have no certificate and NO ONE responds to my emails!!!
i am told that the 'Awards Helpdesk' will assist me.
they dont even reply to emails!! NOT helpful at all!!!
Intec... I WANT MY CERTIFICATE!!! YOU ARE DELAYING ME!!!
