I have done 62 credits with them, only 32 is appearing on Inseta and 30 is appearing under assessment section not "'achieved'' to show that i have accumulated them.from 2010.i have asked them to rectify this as my job is now on the line because my credits are not sufficient, he is saying to me, Inseta updates them periodically, from 2010 till now, why is he passing the bug to inseta because i paid my money to his institution, 3 years is more than enough time for them to have made sure my credits are showing, i am trying my best to communicate by email, sms, all i get is just short answers that don't make sense to me, i am going to take this to ombudsman since they are not willing to help me now.
