My son 's matric certificate has not been issued by the department of education since 2010, he wrote supplementary exams in may and since then no certificate has been issued, we have been in and out of the department since August 2010 and every time my son has to fill in a new form and pay, we have also contacted Umalusi and they say they cannot help as this is a department's problem, we are told there is a system's problem and they cannot issue a certificate and they don't know who's responsibility that is, my son has now completed a Diploma in Graphic design but he cannot qualify because he has no matric certificate only copies of his results. Please help.
