For almost 6 years, i have been trying to get my certificate to be issued. I tried with Unisa Durban office, Cape Town office and last year with Sunyside office. I did a cerificate in Language and communication Practice at Tecknikon SA. Following the merger of Unisa and TSA, all records were taken by Unisa. Since then, i have been trying to get my certificate issued. It seems like no one knows what to do. Everything is appearing in my academic record with Unisa. If you go Unisa, you sent from one department to another without any solution. I need my certificate, please, please help.
