I am very disgusted with the service I have received.
I put in a 3rd party claim as your clients tree fell into my property, and as a result my child's trampoline and slide of his Jungle gym is completely destroyed. I received a mail from your office advising me that the reason tree fell was an act of, there was a huge storm that night but the reason the tree fell was because the roots under the paving was cut and diesel was poured over it I do have photos to prove this.
the tree was not in my property I don't understand why this should be my problem.
no one is prepared to assist me with this dilemma.
it seems that every one should pay the insurance premium but when there is a claim there is always a reason why a claim will not be paid out.
