The year 2011 i registered at Care community aids responds for Social Auxiliary Course which is a year course.
the rule was you don't attend class or write exams without paying a minimum of R1000, the whole course was R13750. since 2011 until today i haven't received my certificate, last year when i phoned them they told me that they are still waiting for HWSETA to issue the certificates. i called SETA they told me that they are waiting for Care to bring all the particular details they wanted. a week ago i received an sms from Care saying that my certificate is back i must go and collect it, when i went there they told me that i paid R11750. I went to the bank to see if they can help me they said they can only go back to 6 months. I asked the lady at Care to go to the bank and get a statement because we used to pay using student numbers as reference she refused. I asked to see the manager he refused to see me, by force i went to his office that is when he told me that he cant give me my certificate.the other lady i went to the same class with they told her she is owing R5000. please help me its been 3 years now of pain and safariing.
