I am so disappointed with the service offered by Medical university of South Africa after merging with Turfloop university, I applied for a duplicate certificate of my degree on the 20/03/2013, even @ this hour am still waiting
I was promised that I will get my certificate in 3 weeks, And I have been constantly calling the exam department Medunsa campus where I applied for my certificate its going to be 2 months.
Everyday they are waiting from Turfloop, so what's the use of applying for a certificate if you do not need it.
I am very angry because I need it urgently that's why I have applied for it.
I see the university administration has gone worse.
I even ask my colleague who had lost the certificate if it took them another year to get a certificate as a duplicate they are shocked.
I do not want to say things about Medunsa which gave me good education but with the administration is pathetic!
I am very angry, I need my certificate as in last month, cannot wait for another year as if I am studying to get a copy. I tried calling the number I was given for Turfloop (015 268 2130) no answer.
