Hlamalani shouted at me when I inquired why she wasn't phoning me to update me on my claim since she was the person taking care of it. It's a month since the accident and am frustrated that I don't have transport. Every time I phoned she wasn't available and somebody would try to help me to their best ability, when I asked when the finalization would be I was told she will phone but they are busy with the process. I even went to the offices and was told she was on leave but she would be back the following day and will finalize and phone me, I waited another week no call, when I called was told she is busy. Eventually she phones to ask for information that was given to them on initiation of the claim. I told her how disappointed I was with her service cause she was supposed to call me and update me and her words - 'did you expect me to come out my exam room and phone you"- is that how miway teaches their staff to talk to customers? I'm shocked beyond words! I want management to listen to the call made on the 14th Oct 16h00-16h20 to my cellphone
