Neglecting Claim

I am completely disgruntled by the level of service i received after lodging my claim. My claim was allocated to Hlamalani and i have tried to be in contact with her several times and i was told she busy on another call or not there, i left a messages with other consultants for her to get back to me and to this day i received no correspondence from her. I submitted all the required documents to Sandile Gwebu (thanks to him for trying to him) and copied Hlamalani on all correspondence, and still received no sort of acknowledgement from her.

I submitted my claim on the 06 September 2013 and submitted all required documentation, on the 16 September, Sandile told me, my claim is being validated. I followed up with a call a week later (25/09/2013) and Justin L also told me the claim is under validation.

This is unacceptable, even the person this claim has been allocated to has not done anything about this 3 weeks later.
