MIWAY NOT ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS

I had an accident last week friday on the 1st February, I contacted miway and they registered an accident claim on their systems. the car was towed to nearest panelbeater in brakpan. Now only on monday, a guy from Miway told me in the afternoon that what was registered was only a towing claim. They are busy registering accident claim but no one came back to me. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MIWAY. ARE THEY DOING THINGS MY WAY. They just have to understand, i dont have a transport now, i must be at work everyday, i am so inconvenience, i need a feedback on when will the car be fixed becaise since last friday. The panelbeater is waiting for the assessor and they havent called me. they havent gone to check, but come my payday my money will be deducted without the service. What must i do, can someone respond to me??
