Terrible customer service

The first time I have insurance on my vehicle and I must say that I'm very disappointed with the service thus far. Sadly on 18/01/2013 I had the misfortune of not being able to stop my vehicle in time and drove into the back of another. I am still waiting to hear from Miway with regards to my claim that I logged the same day of my accident. When I took out my policy I phoned to query if I had any additional Excess and was told no and that this didn't apply to my policy. Now that I have logged a claim I am being told that there may be additional excess to pay. Each time I contact Miway to find out the progress of my claim, I am told that they will call me back but never do. I have also requested that the calls from last year be checked with regards to the excess and then I get asked on which day was the call made - I do not get paid to do the work of the Miway consultants so why should I have to give exact dates? Miway should have it on record seen as all calls are recorded. I beginning to think that taking an insurance policy out with Miway was a very big mistake!!! 1 month and 2 weeks since the accident and since I logged my claim and still no reply
