Made a claim with Miway

Am a client with miway since may 2010, and on the 28th feb my car was involved in an accident of where i logged a claim with Miway on the 02nd of March

Ever Since i have logged a claim i have not been getting good service, I always have to make a phone call to get an update on the claim,

Last week friday i phoned them to get an update as they havent phoned me to give me an update and the told me that they will phone me back as management is still busy with my claim, of which they never phoned me back.

This Claim has 3 Weeks and i dont understand what is the delay as they have all the information and the documents they have requested from me.my claim number is 439996
