We have reported an accident on the 17th

We reported an accident on the 16/01/14 on the N3 road towards durban, our car was towed by johan from dasville towing who was arranged by albert from miway who couldint use resources infront of him to locate us, we had to use our airtime to get the gps codinates on google, also calling him back for updates, in the morning we tried calling the claim deparment with no joy at all (busy), left messages for call back, no feedback from albert about the where abouts of the car, even to check if we have arrived home safelly, no call back from the claim department, the we loged a claim on line, still no update or feedback, we are on the dark, it is now the forth day from the day of the accident with no update or feedback from miway, we had to use the other car we just bought to durban as my wife will be sating on a new job on monday, i am wondering if we had no other options. But when we call the other departments at miway the agents are available for new business, for claims lines are busy all the time, callcenter agents the just transfere our calls to the claim department and the call will go to waiting tune then drops
