I am very disappointed with the way MiWay is handling my claim. This is my first claim in almost two years since I joined them. I formally logged the claim on Monday (30 September, 2013) through their call-center after their website failed to process it on Saturday (28 September, 2013). I was told the process of approving my claim would take 24-48 hours, but up to now I have not received any feedback from MiWay's representative handling my claim. After wasting my airtime trying to get hold of MiWay yesterday (02 October, 2013), I then decided to request a call-back from their website. Eventually I received the call from another representative of MiWay, but they provided me with very little information regarding the status of my claim. I was told, the investigation team was still busy and the assigned claim's handler was also still busy with the validation process. I am still waiting for feedback. I submitted another call-back today (3 October 2013) at around 11:30 and this time I was not returned.
