I don't know anymore

It has been a very long time since i have been so frustrated.
The lack of interest, the lack of decent service, no regard for customer satisfaction. I just need some help and for someone to actually WANT to help and take an interest. Passing the Buck is the obvious way that they treat their customers. What does it help as they never call back anyway!
