I am most disappointed in the manner my application was handled by your finance department, and Mpho not doing what he said he would do, after telling me last Tuesday afternoon, He would "try a few things" that he would come back to me, which he never did, I had to call him on Friday to ask him, only to be told that he asked Donovan to look at cheaper vehicles,
Something that i never asked him to do! I can understand if i do not meet the necessary criteria, but surely you need to ask your client if that is what he wants, not just assume that i want a cheaper vehicle.
I just find there to be a complete lack of professionalism and an obvious lack of interest!
Needles to say to date, I have not heard from him or Donovan, and i dont expect to hear from either one of them, as this is obviously the way business is conducted at Auto Alpina Boksburg.
Auto Alpina Boiksburg New vehicles sales must be sky rocketing, if you can treat potential new clients with a complete lack of interest, and where customer service is an unheard of concept.
I will be taking my business elsewhere, and no, I do not expect that this will make a difference to the way you conduct yourselves
