FNB doesnt know what client service is!!!

I am a FNB client for - 25years, and had a loyal feeling towards "my bank", so much that I convinced my husband to also move his account to FNB. Both my children's accounts is there as well as investments.
NOW we are looking for a home loan as we are first time property buyers... FNB is giving us the ultimate worst interest rate of ALL the banks we applied at.
Standard Bank is giving us the BEST interest rate, and none of us ever had anything to do with Standard Bank!
But if this is the way Standard Bank operates we are definitely all moving our accounts over to them, seeing that they still know what customer satisfaction is, and are willing to go the extra mile to help someone that is not even a customer.
I am so disappointed in FNB!!! They definitely feel nothing for there LONG TERM customers and to them we are just a number, well in the future they can count THIS number out!!!
