Rude Call Centre Agent

I was called on Friday the 30/8 by a gentleman trying to see me something, once I had declined he used inappropriate language to express his feelings towards me and my lack of interest in his product, I had politely told him that I prefer shopping online.

my next step was to call the Centre, I spoke with a gentleman on Monday 2/9 who took down all my details and the events which had happened on Friday, he said that management would respond that day or the next, this time has come and gone, no response from anyone at the company,

I am annoyed and offended by their lack of interest in customer care and the interest in taking money without a sweat,
